We have a range of options to help you get in contact with us and get online faster

Here at Stuff Fibre we believe the best customer service starts with giving you the freedom to choose your preferred method of getting in touch with us.

1. Live chat

Easy help, and fast responses.

Depending on the time of day, it will either offer you immediate Live Chat, or a Contact Us form you can complete. We offer Live chat whenever we are open, which is currently Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm, and also 9am to 5pm Sat. We are also open on most Public Holidays.

When our staff are available for Live Chat, you will see the Support Widget look like the above, depending on what device you are viewing our website from. You can click or tap on the icon to open the chat window.

We are happy if you want to chat anonymously, but we really do prefer it if you at least give us your first name - it makes the chat a little more personal. All you need to do is click on the Sign In (1) option, and choose how you want to provide your details.

Also, if you are an existing customer, it is really helpful if you provide us your email address you signed up with. It makes it much easier for us to find previous conversations and quickly help you with any account quesstions.

Otherwise you can just start chatting straight away by type into the Type your message here (2) box and hitting Enter!

You can even send us screenshots or attachments if you like, just click Options at the bottom of the chat window to send us a file, end the chat session or receive a copy of our chat via email.

2. Email us, or leave us a message

If you are contacting us outside of opening hours, we can still help you first thing when we open.

You may see the Contact us button on our Support widget. Simply click on it and provide us some information. You can let us know whether you want us to email you back, or call you first thing.

You can also email us at any time at support@stuff-fibre.co.nz.

3. Social media - Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIn

You can find links to our social media sites at the bottom of the home page, click on the one you like - and dont forget to Like, Follow or +1 us!
