How do I transfer my account to someone else?

There are times when people will move out of a home, an apartment or Flat, and the people who are remaining in the property are keen to stay with Fibre.

Even though you are leaving flat and the account is under your name, you will still be responsible for the services and payments of those services with us. IF you have a person in the house who is keen on keeping the service

To make it easier for you

You are responsible for the Stuff Fibre service

If you are the account holder and are leaving the property, simply email as support@stuff-fibre.co.nz and let us know when you are leaving the property, and who will be signing up. Please let us know if you intend to keep the router.

We will arrange for the cancellation to take place on that date, but will also ensure we know who the person is taking over from you so we can work with them as well.

Please be aware that if the person changes there mind, you will be responsible for the router and the return or the charge of $90

If you are keen to take over an existing  Stuff Fibre service from someone at your property, The easiest way to do this is to sign up online.

Enter the current address you are at and follow the sign up process. You will be asked for your mobile number, credit card details and where to send the router.

Once you have signed up. email us  at support@stuff-fibre.co.nz. Let us know you don;t want a router and we;ll arrange for the deliver to be stopped

OR

If you are keen to take over an existing  Stuff Fibre service from someone at your property, The easiest way to do this is to sign up online.

Once you have signed up, email us at support@stuff-fibre.co.nz. Let us know you are taking over an account from the person you are taking over from. We will need to contact you later to ensure the order is placed and that we don't send you a router.
