The Stuff Fibre Diagnostic Tool is designed to help you get the most out of your Stuff Fibre internet experience by looking across your home network an looking for ways to increase the performance. It also helps you to troubleshoot common issues and where to go.

Please download our Diagnostic tool on your mobile device from getrt.co/stufffibre and follow the instructions.

When you complete a diagnostic test, by following the instructions on the screen, you will be shown a results screen.

Should the testing find opportunities to improve your home network, you can click on the Improve Network Health button. The suggested steps are all available in the App, and we have also listed all of the possible suggestions below.

If this test result comes up, please check which wifi connection you are on.
If you are on the 2.4GHZ channel, please try changing to the 5GHZ and rerun the test.
