Additional Verification Required

Occasionally we will request additional verification from a customer regarding their identity during signup, this is to ensure we are matching the correct person to the correct account in future.

In these cases we will request a photograph or scanned copy of the following:

  1. Photo ID such as Passport, Drivers License, etc
  2. Invoice/Bill/Official Document confirming your address

We typically request this in scenarios where we are seeing the same contacts/address/info on multiple accounts with us.
