How do I move my fibre to a new address?

Moving address is always a busy time with organising things like movers and power and internet connected ready to move in.

Here at Stuff Fibre we want to make it as easy as possible so you have internet from the day you move in.

 To get connected without any disruption we suggest the following. 

Give us as much notice as possible

Once you know you are moving, check on our website to confirm Fibre is available at your address.

If you're not sure you can call us on 0800 862 337.

If we identify that  your new address has or can get Fibre we can place an order for you early. Placing it early will help us check for things like whether consent or extra build work is required.

We can also identify if Fibre has been previously provided at that address. If it has it should as simple as placing the order and turning it on at the time you wish.

Also when you talk to us let us know you are moving and also the day you want to cancel the service  at your old address. We will arrange disconnection for there as well.

When you move

When you are moving, please only take our router,  and not the Fibre box or power cable. If you do, the person who moves into the property may be delayed in getting there Fibre connected.

What happens with my bill?

When you move your bill date will change. This is because we will charge on the day you are connected at the new address.

You can also talk to us about crediting you back the days you didn't use  for your old service since you have moved with us. This will avoid having you billed twice for the service.
