Installs during Alert Level 4

All orders are being rescheduled for after the current quarantine period ends other than those for members of Essential Services, If you believe you may be eligible for such priority please provide a clear description of your position and the service you provide.

Unfortunately awaiting consent or significant work such as Network Build are likely to be delayed further even when priority is given due to the additional requirements for these installs.

Orders that do not require action from a technician are being completed as normal.
